- Amendment and Retention of Data
- We will keep:
- our contact details whilst we have your consent to send you marketing information and/or pass such details to third parties;
- records of any mortgages you obtain or other transactions you enter into on the Site for a minimum of seven years in order that we can respond to any complaints or disputes that arise in that period;
- such other information about you as we feel is necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations.
